DARPA has the authority to conduct Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) briefings for DoD Civilian personnel and DoD Contractors. This appointment website is managed by the Special Security Office (SSO) for scheduling DARPA onsite and offsite contractors as well as Courtesy Indoctrinations. We currently offer the following services:

SCI Approval (Local) - DARPA Civilians and Contractors, both on and offsite, that are local to DARPA's Arlington office.
SCI Approval (Out of State) - DARPA Civilians and Contractors who are not local to DARPA's Arlington office.
SCI Debrief (Local) - DARPA and Non-DARPA Civilians and Contractors, both on and offsite, that are local to DARPA's Arlington office.
SCI Debrief (Out of State) - DARPA Civilians and Contractors who are not local to DARPA's Arlington office.
SCI Courtesy Indoctrination - Non-DARPA Civilians and Contractors.

DARPA SSO is located at 675 N. Randolph Street, Arlington, VA 22203. Upon entering the building, please proceed to the Visitor Welcome Center (VWC). Due to the length of processing time required, please allow (approximately 20 minutes) to get through check-in. If you need to bring anything that may require additional inspection (e.g. medication or medical devices, service animals, etc.), please allow up to 40 minutes. Appointments are scheduled through this website only.
